Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds unless undelivered, incorrect information, or damage in transit. A reasonable amount of wear from postage is expected.
Any item returned to us as undelivered will be credited back to your account.
Our team does its absolute best to get items sent to the correct business address but cannot guarantee it will be opened by the intended recipient on every occasion. If an item is delivered but not received by the intended person, it is not eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If an item is incorrect, damaged beyond reasonable standards or not delivered, we will issue a credit refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your account via a credit.
