Two ways to run Rockkt

Both give you the same software. Studio is software only: you source the gift, you pack it and you post it. Managed is the full service: we source the gift, print the letter, pack the box and ship it, and it carries the 7× ROI guarantee.

One credit is one fully-worked prospect, start to finish: finding the address, writing the letter with the AI writer, designing the letter and the envelope in the Design Studio, building the landing pad with its QR code, and preparing the send. Nothing in that list is an extra. The design tools, the landing pad and the engagement tracking that follows are part of every plan. The credit is simply the counter for how many prospects you work. It comes off your allowance when you run the search, not weeks later, so what you see in the app is always what you have left.

Nothing bad. We stop at the allowance, so there is no silent overage and no surprise bill. Add a top-up pack (25 credits for £25) or move up a tier, whichever suits.

Studio Free is invite only, so you request an invite and we open your account when the next batch goes out. Once you are in it is a permanent free plan rather than a trial: credits every month, one user, no card required. Every paid Studio plan and Rockkt Managed are open right now, with no invitation needed.

Yes, and plenty of teams do. Studio is often the way in; when sourcing and posting your own gifts starts eating the day, Managed picks that up. Your recipients, letters, landing pads and tracking history all come with you.

Your platform fee pays for the software: seats, sending tools, tracking and support at your tier. Gift credit is bought separately and covers the actual gifts: product, personalised letter, packaging and postage. You only spend credit when a gift is sent or a Freestyle link is redeemed.

No. Because you have already paid for it, unused company credit rolls over month to month rather than expiring at month end. Admins allocate it to users, and you can top up anytime. Studio credits are different: they are a monthly allowance that resets.

If your Rockkt-influenced results do not reach 7× your platform fees in qualifying pipeline, or 3× in attributed closed-won revenue, whichever you reach first, within the first 12 months, we credit your platform fees back as Rockkt credit. It applies to Managed plans, because that is where we control the gift and the delivery.

Yes. Studio tier changes are self-serve and instant. The charge is prorated straight away and your new credit allowance applies from the next renewal. On Managed you can move up whenever you need more seats or features, and your gift-credit balance carries with you.
