    Every letter you have ever sent disappeared the moment you posted it. Delivered, probably. Read, perhaps. Acted on, who knows. That uncertainty is why finance departments have always been sceptical about post, and it is the problem this solves.

    How it works

    Each send gets a Landing Pad built for that one person. The QR code pointing at it is generated instantly and printed on the letter, so there is nothing to set up, no short link to buy, and no form for the recipient to fill in. They point their phone at the paper and land somewhere that was clearly made for them.

    A scan is not an email open. An open is a mail client loading an image. A scan is a person, holding paper, choosing to act. In terms of intent it sits closer to a demo request, and almost nobody treats it that way. The playbook for what to do in the hour after one.

    What it changes

    Your sequence stops running on a calendar and starts branching on behaviour: called the same day when somebody scans, a different follow up when the letter landed and nothing happened, and a list correction when it comes back. It also gives you the only honest way to report on post, which is scans and meetings rather than revenue you cannot attribute.

    And it is the reason a letter can carry more than a letter. A page can hold the case study, the two minute video, the diary link, and none of that has to fight for space on one side of paper.
