The letter writes itself. You decide whether it is any good

Written from what is actually true about that person, printed in a handwriting style, on one side of paper. Thirty seconds, not thirty minutes.

Why letters do not get written

Not because people doubt they work. Because writing one takes twenty minutes, and a rep with sixty accounts does the arithmetic and sends an email instead. The bottleneck was never belief. It was the blank page.

What you get

A first draft built from what is on that prospect's profile and their company, in your voice, short enough to fit one side with room to breathe. You edit it, because you know things the software does not, and that edit takes a minute rather than the twenty it would have cost from nothing.

The honest limit. Software cannot know that their finance director used to work at your biggest customer. It can get you ninety per cent of a good letter in seconds, and the last ten per cent is yours. Sending the draft untouched is possible and it is not what the good users do.

Six letters worth stealing

Cold to an executive, after a demo went quiet, reviving a closed lost deal, following an event you did not meet them at, a renewal, and executive to executive. Each with the wording, the envelope treatment and what to do next: the Letter Library.
