How is Managed different from Rockkt Studio?
Studio is the software on its own: Rockkt finds the address and writes the letter, and you print and post. Managed adds the gift: we source it, pack it and post it for you. The ROI guarantee is on Managed only.
Do you send outside the UK?
Yes. Everything is posted from the UK and we fulfil internationally, with shipping, customs and duty handled, so the recipient never gets a bill.
How does gift credit work?
Gift credit is separate from your plan. You buy it in packs and top up whenever you like. It is only spent when a gift is sent, and unused credit rolls over.
Is there a contract?
No minimum term. Plans are billed monthly and you can stop at any time.
What do I get in the demo?
A demo workspace for your company with £5,000 of demo credit. Everything works, but demo sends stay inside your company: emails only reach your own team and nothing is posted. Buy a plan and the same workspace becomes your real account.
