Where we stand. Rockkt competes with Sendoso. We have not been a Sendoso customer. Their numbers here come from published third party buyer data, linked below, not from a quote we were given and not from experience.
Sendoso is a fulfilment business with software wrapped around it. That model has real costs that ours does not: warehouses, stock, pick and pack, shipping in multiple countries, and a catalogue somebody has to buy and hold. Published buyer data puts the median Sendoso contract at about 25,500 US dollars a year, with mid market teams commonly spending 60,000 to 150,000 dollars a year once sending is included, normally paid annually in advance.
Rockkt sells the software first. On Studio, you already own the thing you are sending, so there is no warehouse in the price: 0 pounds a month on an invitation only free tier, 29 pounds after that, no minimum term. On Managed we do source, pack and post, and that starts at 99 pounds a month plus whatever gift credit you load.
So the honest framing is not cheap against expensive. It is: are you buying a supply chain, or are you buying the software to run your own?

Sendoso does not publish list pricing, so those are third party medians rather than a quote. We have not verified their current connector list, catalogue size or contract minimums from primary sources and so have not put figures against them.
