Two of these companies own warehouses. One does not. Almost everything else follows from that.
Read this knowing who wrote it. Rockkt is one of the three. We have not been a customer of the other two, so their figures come from published buyer data linked at the bottom, and where we could not verify something we have left it blank rather than filled it in.
Every comparison of these products starts with feature checkboxes, which is why they are all useless. The useful question is what kind of company each one is, because the price, the contract and the way you use it all follow from that.
They hold stock, pick it, pack it and ship it, in several countries, and the software exists to drive that machine. Warehouses, inventory and international shipping are expensive, which is why the commercial model is an annual contract paid in advance. Published buyer data puts the median Sendoso contract at about 25,500 US dollars a year and the median Reachdesk contract at about 30,000. For an organisation with a funded gifting programme, that is money well spent on a problem you genuinely do not want to solve yourself.
On Studio you send your own product and we do everything around it: find and verify the address, write and print the letter, design the envelope, build a personalised page for the recipient and track what they do with it. No warehouse in the price, so it is 0 pounds a month on an invitation only free tier and 29 pounds after that, no minimum term. On Managed we do source, pack and post, from 99 pounds a month plus gift credit.
If your problem is we want to send nice things to lots of people in several countries and nobody wants to run a warehouse, buy a supply chain. If your problem is we want to reach specific people who have never heard of us, and we already have something worth sending, buy software. Buying the wrong one of those is expensive in different ways: too much money in the first case, too much manual work in the second.

Neither Sendoso nor Reachdesk publishes list pricing, so those are third party medians and your quote will differ with volume and gift value. We have not verified their integration lists or warehouse footprints from primary sources, so we have not scored them on it. And we are not a neutral party. If you want a genuinely disinterested view, ask someone who has run all three.
